The iSeePet from AlphaOmega Soft is a food/water bowl for your pet with built-in webcam so you can check on your dog from anywhere. You can also remotely feed them and play a chime that will get them to come eat once they get conditioned to it.
From the website:
Long desired communication is now become the reality. iSeePet is a communication tool for a new era.
I don’t know about that, but it’s an interesting gadget. Not nearly interesting enough to shell out US$500, but interesting nonetheless.

    Webcam Pet Dish

Despite my cynical gut reaction whenever I see ‘pet’ and ‘gadget’ together, I must admit I am intrigued by the iSeePet, a $500 automatic pet feeder with an integrated web cam. Rather than just add a simple camera to a feed bowl, the iSeePet also allows…

I think it’s funny that you can condition them with the chime and then play the chime without feeding them. That’s just cruel. Not as cruel as the gun thing, but at least it’s effective more than once.

come to think of it if you added a boobie shaped nipple and a refrigeration unit it would be great for stay at home dads. The could watch the game and look after the baby at the same time. Of course you would use expressed breast milk and not fascist formula. Breast is best. If you fitted the whole unit to an RC car you could move it around the room remotetly so the baby would be encouraged to crawl. I’ll have to send this in to Nursing Mothers.

    iSeePet

I travel a lot, and I’d think about getting one of these for my cats if it didn’t cost 500 bucks… The iSeePet from AlphaOmega Soft is a food/water bowl for your pet with built-in webcam so you can check…
