Fashion designer walter van Beirendonck turns Nissan Micra in to a cartoon car.
When Nissan wanted to add more Elan to the Micra in Belgium as a dynamic citycar and (just like in Paris) wanted to engage a fashion designer to give it a whole new look, they naturally ended up with the visionair of Belgian designers: Walter van Beirendonck. It wasn’t a big surprise, because the Japanese love his designs!
The car will be exposed first, and later it will be sold by auction. The profits will go to the Institute for tropical healthcare in Antwerp, known worldwide for their Aids-research.
