In a devilishly ironic twist of fate, Deloitte Touche, a major consulting company has put together a program to sniff out and highlight possible BS and fluff statements in documents — things like “value-added, leverageable global knowledge repository” and “repurposeable, leading edge thoughtware that delivers results-driven value.” I’d like to turn this loose on The Gartner Group and see what doesn’t show up as BS. |
