For what I believe is the first time in the history of the Internet, an entire nation has been blanketed with free WiFi coverage. Sure, it’s in the middle of the South Pacific, is only roughly 100 square miles and contains only about 300 people with computers, but every inhabitant in the country of Niue (the owner of the .nu domain, by the way) has now been given free wireless access. It’s like a Starbucks with a beach.
