Japanese sushi chain Toriton has begun using voice recognition software in its restaurants to assist the chefs in keeping track of orders. The result is that the number of imperfect orders has dropped by 2/3. Currently under development, tiny little Mech waiters that will deliver your order and then battle to the death for your enjoyment.
