Sona Mobile, the makers of the Star Trek Communicator Phone have announced that they will be putting off release of the phone until some time in 2006. Claiming the response they have recieved has caused them to believe they need to ramp up production to cover their estimated orders. They want to make sure they have enough on hand at release and also insure the product they provide will meet with fans approval. In the meantime they have provided a “microsite” showing off some of what will be included in this unique phone. I know I’ll be in line for one!
