Gizmodo posted a review of the Melitta One. A one person coffeemaker that works with prefilled pads.
The looks and system reminded me of the most popular coffeemaker in The Netherlands. The Senseo by Philips and Douwe Egberts (coffee). It’s designed by WAAC’s, a Dutch design agency.
I don’t know what the deal is with the two systems being so similar. But I strongly suggest the Senseo. It’s not only better looking. It’s the Coca Cola of this type of coffeemakers. Although Nespresso was first with the espresso version I think.
