General Motors announced today that it plans to build 1.55 million vehicles with factory-installed XM Satellite Radio in 2006. Factory installed satellite radio is a fantastic idea, “after-the-fact” satellite installs tend to be problematic and noisy. Only thing is, how are those 1.55 million people going to listen to Howard?
