Gamepark is releasing the GP2X, successor to the GP32. This console is built-for homebrew and sports a Dual Core ARM processor, 64MB of NAND Flash Ram, SD Card support, and 3.5″ TFT LCD screen which supports video playback at 720*480 at 30fps. Between the DS, the PSP, the Gizmondo, and now the GP2X there’s a console for just about everyone: the “touchy-feely” type (DS), the “hi-end” Portagamer (PSP), the “lost” gamer (Gizmondo), and the “tweaker-modder” (GP2X). Hey, “Portagamer!” I just made up a new word!)
The GamePark GP2X launches November 30th for $179 USD
