I recently had the pleasure of using a Flavia coffee & tea system (alot I may add) and it blows just about every other reasonably priced system away! The secret is the filterpaks that contain the coffee or tea leaves - the hot water goes through them and out a filter bottom in the pack, which means your tea will never taste like coffee, or visa-versa. This also means there is literally nothing to clean, so long as your Flavia is full of H2O it is ready to go!
