Can you please tell me how to troubleshoot this item? We were recently given one that was supposed to be “gently used”; however, when we turn it on, we cannot see through the lens. The only thing that comes up is a bright green screen with a red/white line down the left side. Trying to figure out if it’s broken or we just need newer batteries.
