Looking like an ominous Death Star from the Stargate universe, the ISIS is titled “the most difficult puzzle ever” and from the description of this thing they may be right. Each ISIS orb is a unique creation forged from gleaming aluminum that has only one unique solution out of millions, per ISIS. Meaning if you manage to solve one ISIS, your solution will work on that one only! You are given ten encrypted clues to figure out how the Movable bands etched with hieroglyphics align in the right combination to unlock the puzzle. If this wasn’t enough, each is etched with two ten digit numbers – one outside, and one inside. Those who manage to open their ISIS to reveal the hidden code inside can enter the hidden ten digit number on the ISIS website to then try to win $1000 in cash or other valuable prizes. There’s also a treasure hunt for ISIS solvers only to track down golden pyramids filled with real gold and silver tucked away in various locations around the globe.
The ISIS is truly the gift to get for the man who has everything. Or Lara Croft, but she won’t return our calls anymore after that bar incident in Belize.

Wait, what’s so hard about it?
    it’s a combination lock canister, with 3
    rings and possibly 8 variables.
same as a 3 digit padlock with the
numbers 1-8 to choose from. Millions of combinations? NOT.
Unless (not seen in any litterature),
you have to crack it in stages…one combination opens one level, another opens the second, a third and you’re in..
It does look cool, and will keep a person busy for hours..

doug- i have this puzzle, there is much more to it than just the dials, there is a button on top and also moving parts within it that are affected by gravity and inerta

doug-i’m feelin what jb says. me and 5 other people sat around trying to figure this thing out for hours-even though we’ve cracked the ten hints-it’s not easy. you have to decipher the order the hieroglyphics go into to open it-and you have to turn it in different directions to unlock certain parts at certain points-it’s not as easy as you may think.

I have opened the ISIS sphere and received my key, now what can I do I do not undestand why people say you must decypher the rings I didn’t Just perciveredend tried all combinations forientating sphere whilst trying to separate two halves and eventually opened it. You know when you have the correct orientation to open it, somehow it feels different in your hands cannot explain you must find it out yourself. Followed instructions from my youngest son who could nnot do it so I tried successfully . Good luck.

Just read Doug Sof october 3rd and he is wrong the rings are a red herring I know because I had the same results to open the ISIS sphere with ANY “Combination” of position of rings the clue about gravity is number one as far as I am concerened and the plungr position is second major factor, I spent humdreds of hours following the combination thoery and never got enywhere but now I know the secret I have given you some of the clues that will open the sphere good luck. Ha! The rings does nothing to solve this puzzle! Whack it good against something hard, rotate it & press the button. If the button goes 1/2 way down you are good. Turn it upside down, let go of the button. Wag it ariund and prdess the button again. If it goes tha whole way in yuo are good, turn the ball around, let go of the button and unscrew the damn thing!

i wanna get one, but cheaper is better. if anyone knowns where i can get one for cheap (under $70 usd), please email me at cyarat@gmail.com.
Even if i don’t have one, i think when i do, it’ll be awesome.

I’ve solved the puzzle. The rings have nothing to do with opening the puzzle. It’s all just a distraction. The real solution lies in the cryptic clues, and also an 11th clue.
