The Sony Rolly SEP-10BT Sound Entertainment Player can be pre-ordered at AudioCubes for $449. The Rolly has 20mm active speakers that offer an output of 1.2W x 2 channels and roams about the room playing music. "Motion Editor" software lets you customize movement and 1GB of flash memory and Bluetooth A2DP/AVRCP gives you all kinds of options for playing music on the Rolly.

The Rolly violates the three laws of GadgetMadness Robotics: it has no vision or camera so it can't see, it won't charge itself when power gets low, and it has no clear purpose. That means it's either awesome beyond what our tiny brains can understand or it's a massive dud. Either way, the world will know on September 29th when Rolly is unleashed on the world!
