Something I do every year is go to the Apple store and pretend I've got Donald Trump's wallet in my back pocket and price the most expensive desktop on the planet. So what do you get for $18,374.00? Two 3.0Ghz Dual-Core Intel Xeon processors with 16GB of RAM, four 750GB 7200-rpm 3Gb/s drives and an NVIDIA Quadro FX 4500 512MB graphics card with two Apple Cinema HD 30" Displays. Full specs after the jump.

Flashback: The Most Expensive G5 on the planet was $23,857 in 2005.

Rather have the voodoo omen, but mine came out just under 26 grand.
