Nintendo DS TV Tuner (Japanese NTSC)

An officially licensed TV tuner for the Nintendo DS Lite is planned for release in Japan - would you care if Nintendo released a version for the US? Personally I can't imagine using my DS to watch television, but that could just be me. (Course I'm still hooked on Electroplankton and Nintendogs, so I don't really consider myself to be the norm.)
