If you use both your iPod and cell phone regularly, you may be intererested in the Plantronics MX100s iPod Ear Bud. These headphones have a 2.5 mm jack which fits most phones and a 3.5 mm jack for your iPod, and you can switch between music and phone with just the touch of a button. (Doesn't look like you can use your iPod for hold music though - that would be sweet!)
