Jabra BT800 Bluetooth Headset Mini Review

August 25, 2005 at 02:49 AM in Gadget Reviews

My original Bluetooth headset was a Jabra BT200, and I was mostly happy with it. For a short while I switched to a Motorola HS810, and thought it was great until it died for no apparent reason. My current wireless headset for my cell phone is the Jabra BT800, and it is the best Bluetooth headset I've ever owned. It can be charged via AC adaptor or USB cable, and has a good, comfortable fit. The BT800 also has multiple ring options, an LED display (shows the name of the caller for incoming calls) and a vibrate function. Range is also good, and it can be worn on either ear. My only complaint is the answer button - I would prefer the blue button on the outside of the unit be used to answer calls. That minor complaint aside, this is the headset to have if you are on the phone often, or use your cell phone to play games and want a nice wireless option.
