Danish Researchers Create Bluetooth Cows

bluetooth_cows.jpg Where's the beef? A Danish vendor last week said that it has designed a system to monitor the location and health of Bluetooth-enabled cows. Blip Systems has created a Bluetooth-mesh system in which sensors are placed on cows, developed in cooperation with the Danish Cattle Research Centre and the Danish Institute of Agricultural Sciences.

We suspect "bluetipping," "moo-jacking" or even a mutant variant of Mad Cow disease to spread via Bluetooth-enabled cellphones any day now.
