I am of the personal opinion that everybody needs a 4-stage self destruct button somewhere handy. Somebody agreed with me for once. You can get your own for 3,990 yen (about US$39).

1. Not being able to read or write Japanese, does anyone have an idea where to purchase on of the Self Destruct panels here in the US?

2. Is the wording on the panel in English?

The linked place is the only one that I've seen that has them so far. Since I haven't seen one in person, all I can go by is the picture -- it looks like all the wording is in English (the caution statement, basically).
