GadgetMadness: We find the coolest gadgets first

That's right - through a donation by an anonymous reader we've managed to get our grubby little hands on a beta account invitation to Azeroth - your ticket into the World of Warcraft Beta. Your're going to have to work for this one - here are the contest rules...

The contest has ended, and the winner has been announced!

We've selected our three favorite World of Warcraft screenshots and want you to Photoshop or Gimp them to make them as outrageously funny as possible. Here are the screenshots, click on them to view the larger versions:

Entries will be judged by the following criteria:

• Originality and Creativity

  How original can you be? We'd like to see your creativity go wild with this one.
  

• Quality of Photoshop/Gimp Work

  How good are you with Photoshop or Gimp? Smooth those rough edges and corners to make your submission as "realistic" and smooth as possible.
  

• Humor

  What funny situations can you put these WoW characters in? For example, having Luke Skywalker from The Empire Strikes Back skinning his Tauntaun as the Ram Riders zoom past would be mildly funny (don't use that one though, since we thought of it first it wouldn't be very original, now would it?)
  

BONUS For bonus points, if you submit an entry and link back to this page on your website or blog, you will place yourself in the judges favor.

The sky is the limit here, we want to see how creative you can be with this. Just keep your ideas "clean" (no nudity, violence, etc) and funny. Want to have that Yeti getting married to "Miss Spears" in a Las Vegas Chapel? Then go for it!

We've picked a winner, but let us tell you it wasn't easy. We have to give a loud shout out to our readers - all of you guys and girls have tons of creativity, talent, and a twisted sense of humor (which we love!) Entries were judged on originality, quality of Photoshop work, and how much they made us laugh. All entries were broken down into a "finalists" category, and a panel of four judges picked the winning entry from the group of finalists. Each of the four judges chose the winning entry as one of their favorites, making it the clear winner in this contest.
