Photos of the PSP Camera accessory

Portagame.com ~~has~~ found a photograph of the PSP camera attachment accessory, as well as some other PSP photos. On a personal note, this is reason one million and one why I'm so excited about this new handheld!

Update: Peter Rojas of Engadget asked that we credit Engadget for the PSP photos. We thought the [engadget via Portagame] link said it all, but for the record the photos were snapped by Engadget. We just saw 'em on Portagame.com first.

wow, you got the same nasty email that I did? Don't blame peter though, it was his contributor that was crying over this. Peter was just the messenger (and I have to keep reminding myself that).

I agree with Peter, it's only right that the correct people get credit. I could see where there might have been some confusion in the original post, so hopefully my update cleared it up. As far as asking for links on Engadget, begging for links is my new past time. Got link? :)

Yes, I agree, credit is earned where credit is due. The original photographer is more than in the right to request that we point back to engadget. Which I did and was more than willing to do. It was a sloppy mistake on my part. (I only had a link that said "Thanks Engadget" linking back to the original story.)

But, on the other hand, said photographer, especially if he's a regular contributor to Engadget, should know that once it's posted to Engadget, one of the largest gadget sites in the blogosphere, that his content will "spread" through the blogosphere. Blogs, especially mine, walk the gray line of a legitimate news reporting style and an unformal, opininated column-style.

Linking is fine. Asking to remove content is a little harsh, if not bad form. (again, not Peter, just his contributor). Oh well, I'm sure I'll live.

Next thing you know, we'll have contributors asking us to remove comments and trackbacks! sheesh.

I share your same feelings. Once it's out there it's out there, whatever "it" is. People will link, copy, leech, and post about. That's kinda how the Internet works, last I checked. Neither of us were taking credit or claim for the photos, we were both just drooling. They sure is purty photos, mmmmmHmmm.

sony are gonna kick nintendos arse fair and square with dis neat handheld.but we hav 2 wait another damn year 2 able 2 bi it 2 be in the shops...
the camera looks great and so do the grafics well done sony
