GadgetMadness: We find the coolest gadgets first

Engadget gave us a preview of the Scabber, described as an "off-road, motorized skateboard". Looking at the provided picture, I was confused by the bent crossbar connecting the tires. At first I thought you stand on it, but then noticed the footings inside the middle of each wheel. What makes this cool is you can hold a stance like a snowboarder with your weight on the back foot (whether regular or goofy - that's what the bend is for!) and use the front foot for steering and possible acceleration. Looks like a better ride than anything a Segway could give me.
