Handheld Video Player

System Talks (Japanese only. Their slogan is "VALUE YOU UP!!") has a new handheld that plays MP4 video that it can record directly from your TV or computer, will play MP3 audio and display JPEGs. The price is ¥35,000 (US$317 or so), and the only information I can find on it is either Japanese or French for some reason.
