You may know Ryuhei Kitamura as the director of "Versus", a great sci-fi/action film about prisoners who escape into a mysterious forest where no one seems to ever die. "Versus" has guns, swords, and action sequences that make most Tarantino films look like Disney cartoons.

His latest project is GODZILLA FINAL WARS, Toho's 50th anniversary Godzilla film that is supposedly a remake of the 1968 classic "Destroy All Monsters." Toho has updated the official "G" website with the official name of the film, and there is a teaser trailer availble for your viewing pleasure. For the hardcore among you, the release date is 12.11.2004, so book your ticket to Tokyo now. (My fingers are crossed for a world-wide release!)
