Xbox Kinect Hacked To Control Roomba Robotic Vaccum

Robot enthusiast ROS hacked the Xbox 360 Kinect to allow for hands free control of
of his Roomba vacuum. We applaud him for his innovative modification but isn’t the whole idea of a Roomba to not require human interaction at all? Still, one can imagine an entire house where every appliance can be controlled via hand gestures!
