Blu-Ray is currently outselling HD-DVD at a rate of 2 to 1, and sales of the movie “300” are certainly helping. Blu-ray sales of “300” have reached 190,000 units versus 97,000 units on HD-DVD according to Home Media Research.
Normally this isn’t the type of news we’d cover on GadgetMadness, but the mental image of 300 spartans with the Blu-Ray logo embossed on their shields beating the snot out of HD-DVD mirror images of themselves was just too good to pass up.
