Google Earth For Mac OS X
Ever since switching over to a Mac I have missed the useful and fun application of Google Earth as many others have noted. Every Mac User has seen it on a PC as well as the “we’re working on it” message on Google Earth’s Homepage. Well finally there is a Beta version somewhere out there. Although it is unfortunately not available yet for us to download it is a sign of hope that soon we can virtually soar around the planet soon.
Also it appears that MSN Virtual Earth will not run in Apples Safari browser nor Internet Explorer for the Mac. Apparently Microsoft feels the need to discriminate against Mac users. But Firefox solves that one.

UPDATE: Someone has let loose a beta file of it today before it has gone public that you can indeed download yourself. I have tested it myself and found it to work fine. This is a pleasent suprise!
