Datel X2 Lithium Polymer Battery & 4GB Hard Drive for Sony PSP
I’ve been contemplating picking up the Datel 4GB harddrive for the PSP, and was looking at the packaging photos over on Lik-Sang this morning. The 4GB kit not only comes with the 4GB drive & USB cable, but the X2 enhanced lithium polymer battery as well. (Lithium polymer batteries evolved from lithium ion batteries, and are excellent rechargeable batteries all around.)
I picked up an X2 battery last week and checked my battery status after the initial charge, and the time remaining was 13 hours 42 minutes. I’ve been using my PSP quite a bit over the past week playing GTA: Liberty City and still have 42% charge left.
If the drive performs as well as the battery, this is a no-brainer purhase for any PSP owner. My only concern is how much the drive effects battery performance. Luckily, the engineers at Lik-Sang have posted their batery performance results with the drive.
