When Portable Gaming Isn’t An Option

When Portable Gaming Isnt An Option
Over at Portagame, our shoptalk usually consists of just Portable Gaming. But, we are well aware that Portable Gaming isn’t always an option, or a preference. We’re very understanding. Understanding enough that for Portable Gaming not to be an option, there had better be some extreme alternatives. In a four part series, we’ve rounded up such extreme alternatives for such emergencies.
Part One: Extended Reach
Four gamers ditch their GBAs, and link up 5 GameCubes and TVs to play Final Fantasy: Chrystal Chronicles
Part Two: Badass Gaming Rig
If you MUST play on a console, better play in this hot seat.
Part Three: Mod Your Own Woody
Recipe for one hell of a mod: squeeze two parts Nintendo, One part Sony into a wooden case.
Part Four: IMAX HALO-TOPIA
No, it’s not a disease (but if it is, it’d be the only disease I wouldn’t mind). It’s the result of playing Halo on a four-story screen!
In each of the above scenerios, we’d completely understand if you momentarily set down your GBAs and Tapwave Zodiacs. Otherwise, keep those Handhelds readily available.
