Way Beyond A Case Mod
Katsuya Matsumura is somewhere between a case modder and a sculptor who just so happens to wrap his creations around a computer. In true Japanese style, it just so happens that some of them seem to involve scantily clad young women. The latest one, named Kanna, is simply spectacular, though.
And they’re now for sale, if you have a spare couple thousand dollars.
This takes cosplay to a new height, wouldn’t you say, lunacy?

Now when people say I must have too much free time, I can just say “Me?” and point them to Matsumura-san’s website. So when is the “Ghost in the Shell” case mod coming?

While the final products are nice, seeing the assembly process with foam body parts in disarray really takes the glamour out if it. I bet this guy is really excited for “I, Robot” to hit theaters.
