To help file swappers not get screwed (and to generally annoy the RIAA as much as humanly possible), the Electronic Frontiers Foundation has set up a database where you can search for IP addresses and user names that are being subpoenaed by the RIAA for possible file sharing lawsuits. Not that you’d ever be in that list, of course.

They also have a handy “How Not To Get Sued By The RIAA For File Sharing” guide available. Not that you’d ever need it, of course.
