 The guy who brought us Floppy Disk Drive RAID has used the same technique to produce Memory Stick RAID (look down the bottom of the page). He’s also upgraded the original FDD RAID with some 2X speed drives. 3.6MB to floppy disks in 16 seconds. I still want to see it done with 2.88MB Disks, but I don’t think anyone does a USB version of that old (dead?) format.
